Experience the Graves villa, a spacious 115-square-meter retreat designed for six guests. The open living area is the heart of the home, featuring a cozy seating area with a flat-screen TV and fireplace, as well as a dining space perfect for family meals. The modern kitchen is a chef's delight, complete with a large cooking island and built-in appliances for preparing delicious dishes.

Large glass doors open onto a covered terrace, where you'll find luxurious garden furniture and sun loungers—perfect for unwinding. The generous garden provides a wonderful space for children to play.

All three bedrooms are furnished with comfortable box-spring beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. One bedroom is conveniently located on the ground floor with an en suite bathroom, complete with a bath, double sink, and separate shower. Upstairs, the two additional bedrooms share a second bathroom with a bath, double sink, and separate shower. For added convenience, the villa also has two separate toilets and a washing machine in the storage room.
